Malaysian Mist by OPI & Revlon Glitter Finish
You are now viewing my blog from the platform of WordPress. I hadn’t been too active lately, I concluded that I needed a blog makeover to get the wheels spinning again. Farewell Blogger, you were most kind to me and fit my every need. But I just wanted a little more spice. Hello to WordPress, who is proving to have more issues than wanted so far. But here we go! I most certainly scrawl up a post whenever it is the beginning or end of my little holidays, and here’s to hoping that will change with this very monstrous post.
Karaoke Night
This Monday was Andrew’s fantabulous birthday, and in no relation to that (maybe a little?), we had a small get together with the old peeps. Needless to say it was absolutely awesome. We spiced up our lives, we did Gangnam Style, we did everything that three hours could permit. WE SHOULD DO IT EVERY MONTH.
With Angelica & Zennings and then a whole weird bunch with Andrew.
Andrew & Trang
Corner of Ange’s head, too much of me, 3/4 of Zennings’ head, most of Andrew’s, 100% of Trang’s head, no Tracy :(
An unnecessary amount of pictures
My cousin, Renee, recently moved into my house! I can’t believe she’s already been here for a week already. Since I haven’t been able to hang with her much, the family girls all went out today in the blazing heat to show her around the city. We have all returned home at least 80 shades darker than we were before.
Renee’s first time riding the train! It was 30 degrees today and the train drivers did not want to turn on the air-con or they wanted to bathe in their own sweat. It was terrible, outside was cooler than inside this little tin mover.
Very strange photography skills from mother.
Mother & Renee.
Renee, me, Shirley.
What happened here: We were just so tired from walking around for a couple a hours, we literally got to the feet of the Opera House and just decided to have some down time. You don’t understand, it was just blazing outside and the floor was nice and cool and…
A fantastic bowl of Chicken Caesar Salad from Pancakes On The Rocks. Our lunch also featured a Tandoori Chicken Pizza and Short Stack. I always forget what tandoori chicken tastes like, and then I eat it and I’m like “Oh yeah…”. Maybe we were hungry or maybe the food was great (better than expected!), we licked our plates after this. But POTR seriously needs to hire more staff or something…
Renee is very tall.
Shirley is very happy.
REALLY AWESOME BOAT THAT SAILED BY. NO REALLY, IT WAS GREAT.
Cousins at their best, featuring crotch holding and all. I think we must have taken at least 15 failed shots, before we finally said no more.
Hair attacking boobs. I need a hair cut!
I want to jump in and just kick around.
Apparently we didn’t have enough…
Afterwards, we walked all the way back to Pitt St mall and along the way we saw…
Forgotten Songs at Angel Place
canopy of empty birdcages hanging in the sky, accompanied by the sounds of Sydney’s lost birds which may have lived in this area, before the city including this laneway, replaced their native habitats.
Other than taking a lot of unnecessary pictures at places we’ve all seen before, it has just been work, work, work and then prepping for uni. I lead a very exciting life.
BUT SOMETHING THAT IS REALLY EXCITING FOR ME: I picked up J.K Rowling’s new book! I haven’t been reading at all recently and I’ve concluded that it’s because I’m over YA fiction…which was mostly what I was reading before. I think I would like to get into adult fiction, so this one will be my first pitch. So far, so good! Fingers crossed for finishing it. There hasn’t been much of anything finishing lately…which brings me to the end of this post…
I’ve just finished uploading RocketSub’s 200th release, so it’s time for me to skedaddle!
Tata!
